What are your job responsibilities?
I'm a consultant in food safety and regulations. I primarily work with label reviews, investigations of regulatory issues, legislative monitoring, and training. I'm involved in organizing the yearly seminar about food labelling, Märkningsdagen, together with the law firm MarLaw.
How long have you been working at Herax?
Since 2019.
What do you appreciate most about your job?
I very much appreciate that we constantly receive so many new and exciting questions. The work is very developmental in that there's always something new to learn. Additionally, I greatly appreciate my colleagues, the collaboration we have, and their dedication.
What are your hobbies?
In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, skiing and doing vegetable gardening.
