Anna is a food agronomist with a PhD in dairy science. Following her graduation, she worked for a period in product development and quality at a health food company. Anna also has extensive experience from governmental work at the National Food Agency, where she served as an advisor to companies and regulatory authorities on matters related to the implementation of food legislation.

At Herax Food Solutions AB, Anna is an expert in regulatory issues concerning food labelling, primarily focusing on label reviewing, legislative monitoring, and training. Anna also works as a quality coordinator on-site at some of the company's clients assisting with adaptations to the food safety standard IP Food, developing checklists and manuals, aiding in preparations for organic audits, facilitating regulatory contacts, and conducting supplier assessments.

Anna receives positive feedback from customers and training participants on her factual, high level of expertise, and pedagogical presentation.
