Andrea is a food engineer with extensive international experience in the role of quality and food safety management within the food industry. This includes companies in food production, wholesale and retail with private label products.

At Herax Food Solutions AB, Andrea's focus area is management systems for food safety and quality. She provides her clients with expertise in Swedish IP-certification of food, ISO/FSSC 22000, BRC, and HACCP as well as environmental and sustainability certifications such as KRAV, EU Organic, and Rainforest Alliance. Among others things, she acts as a quality coordinator for clients, both in the long term and as an interim solution. The role of a quality coordinator may include supplier control, product analysis, product labeling, regulatory contacts, critical customer complaints, internal audits and legislative issues.

In addition to Swedish and English, Andrea is fluent in German. Her clients are primarily located within Europe.

Andrea receives positive feedback from her clients who describe her as analytical, accurate and structured. Clients also appreciate her ease in networking and her ability to quickly become self-sufficient in various assignments.
